Duvha Security Services is fully committed to employment equity and recruits, develops and trains staff from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. See recruitment requirements below.

  • Be in possesion of a valid South Atlican Identification book
  • Be able to speak English in a proficient manner, to be able to liaise with all  customers. 
  • Have a minimum of Grade 10 (Standard 8) education.
  • Be able to pass an aptitude test, which examines the applicants reading,  writing, mathematical and general knowledge and skills. 
  • Be presentible, fit and healthy in order to be allocated to a site and manage  his/her job description efficiantly.
  • Reside in an area of work, which enables the officer to get to hls/her work  place without having to travel long distances. 
  • Be financialy cleared and without a criminal record.

TRAINING FACILITIES

All new recruits are required to attend the basics of the security industry and guarding functions as laid down in terms of the Security Officers Act. Whether the security officer is already accredited or not, he/she may not work for Duvha Security Services unless he/she has undergone training at the Training Centre.

Ongoing training throughout his/her career. Refresher courses, upgrading courses are an imperative for personnel striving for
excellence, in order to fulfil contractual obligation in every sense.

A well-disciplined  uniform force derived from good relationships between management and personnel keep minds in a disciplined and professional approach towards services rendered.
